How we quote.
We don't publish a price list, because no honest landscaper can. Two driveways of identical size can be a world apart once you've seen what's under them. What we will promise is a free site visit, a clear written quotation with the groundwork itemised rather than hidden, and no pressure at the end of it.

Priced on the area to be covered, the surface you choose, the depth we need to dig out and where the spoil goes, plus edgings, drainage and any kerb or dropped-crossing work. We'll tell you on the visit which of the three surfaces we'd put on your frontage, and why.
Patios & porcelain paving
Quoted by area & material
Driven mainly by the paving you pick — porcelain, Indian sandstone or block — and by how much digging, levelling and drainage the ground needs before any of it goes down. Steps, seat walls and sett borders are itemised separately so you can see what each one costs you.
Artificial grass
Quoted by area & preparation
Priced on the lawn area and the preparation underneath it: stripping the old turf, excavating, the drainage layer, the compacted base and the edging it finishes against. The turf spec itself is a choice we'll walk you through — pile height, colour and how it feels underfoot all vary.

Several jobs in one — clearance, levels and drainage, paving, retaining, grass or turf, lighting and an outdoor living area. We break these down section by section in the quotation so you can see exactly where the budget is going and drop or phase anything you'd rather leave until next year.
What moves the price
- The size of the driveway or garden, and how much of it is changing.
- What's under it now — clay, rubble, an old concrete slab or a drive that has to come up and go away.
- Levels and slope, and whether retaining or steps are needed to deal with them.
- Drainage: where surface water currently goes, and where it legally can go.
- The surface and material you choose, which is the single biggest variable.
- Access for machinery, and how far the spoil has to be barrowed to reach a lorry.
