Small crew. Harrogate. Everything to prove.

Most landscaping companies open by telling you how long they have been trading. We can't do that, so here is the honest version instead: Lux Landscape Gardeners is a young, independent crew working out of Harrogate, and every single review on our Google profile so far is a five-star one. That is the whole case, and we would rather put it plainly than dress it up.

What we do is the structural end of a garden — resin, block-paved and tarmac driveways out the front; artificial grass, porcelain and Indian sandstone paving, retaining, lighting and full garden rebuilds out the back. Hard landscaping is unforgiving work. Get the dig depth, the sub-base, the falls and the edge restraint right and the finish holds its line for years. Get them wrong and it looks perfect for a summer and then quietly fails, usually somewhere you look at every day.

One of our clients came to us after another company had, in their words, royally messed up the garden. We gave them a fair price, got it sorted quickly, and it looks amazing now. Another summed up the before and after better than any brochure could: uneven grass and mud everywhere after rain, then clean and tidy astro turf. That is the job — arrive when we said, work hard, clear up properly, leave it better than expected.

We're based in Harrogate and, as our own site puts it, proudly serve York, Leeds and the surrounding areas. It's a compact patch and we like it that way: it means we can come and look at your driveway quickly, and come back just as quickly if you ever need us. And every photograph on this website is a job we finished ourselves — nothing borrowed, nothing staged, no stock photograph of a driveway in another country.
